Growvia Digital is the company behind ShiftWell, MyQuickQuote, ProReach, StackTracker, and Twitcher. It's run by Jonny Hall — a mechanical engineer at Rolls-Royce in Glasgow who builds software in the gaps between shifts.
That background matters. ShiftWell wasn't designed in a WeWork by a team who'd never worked a night shift. It was built by someone who has — and who got frustrated that no app actually understood how shift work affects your body, your sleep, and your life.
